We had quite a large order as it was a Birthday treat for my 5yr old after visiting Round The Twist.
The young dark haired girl serving was very quick and patient as we rattled off our order but then the young male who must have been in charge barked at her to go quicker as there was now a queue. Which by the way was there the whole time we were in there. (about 45 mins) as it was 12 o clock bang on lunch time. I assured her she was doing fine as she then looked flummaxed & a little embarrassed.
Because of the limited menu they didn't have the 'Wrap of The Day' my 11yr old Autistic son usually gets from other restaurants so in a "what shall we get now?" panic my husband left the queue to check with him if Chicken Nuggets would be ok. To which 'In charge guy' overheard and barked at the young girl to ring the order off as it was!! With complete disregard that our order came to a huge £26 or the fact that not having the wrap would cause us huge issues. Rude & unproffessional. Stick to flipping burgers. The young girl should take your job. Inconsiderate little twit. Get the queue down yourself then jobsworth.
